The "Yori" project is a concept for a global meal-kit delivery service, inspired by my personal experience as a Korean student living in St. Louis. "Yori," which means cooking in Korean, was born out of the desire to bring the comfort and taste of home-cooked meals to people, especially international students and busy individuals who might struggle to find the right ingredients for their favorite dishes.

As a student in St. Louis, I often missed authentic Korean food but found it challenging to access all the necessary groceries and ingredients. This project envisions a company that offers meal kits tailored to various cuisines from around the world, with all the ingredients delivered straight to your door, accompanied by clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to prepare the dish. This service would be particularly valuable for students or individuals without easy access to transportation, as it provides a convenient solution to enjoy home-cooked meals without the hassle of grocery shopping.

The branding for Yori uses the typefaces Campton and Cairoli Classic Extended Heavy Italic, chosen to convey a sense of warmth, tradition, and accessibility, while also reflecting the global and inclusive nature of the service. The design aims to resonate with a diverse audience, offering a taste of home, no matter where that home may be.
